CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Nupur

• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered, damaged or torn before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us at nupursarees@yahoo.com or + 98251 88884 mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
• If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing an order. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel. In the case of prepaid orders, we will offer you a refund for the same amount you paid.
• We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Nupur, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us.
• Any cancellations after 24 hrs. of placing prepaid orders will be charged for 2-3% (as payment gateway charges)


EXCHANGE POLICY

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Stil in some case, you love it but need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock

Exchange eligibility:

We only offer an exchange for domestic orders.

Exchange terms and criteria:

• We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its color, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under color difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
• The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
• Currently, we do not offer exchanges for orders from outside India.
• No return or exchange on sale products, discount or on promotional campaigns. Item(s) bought on sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for size, except where the item is faulty or defective.
• Exchange is not eligible if requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Meena Bazaar reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Exchange Process:

If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here’s the step-by-step exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.

• You can raise the exchange request from your account. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
• An amount of 250 Rs (per product) will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us.
• After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.
• Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size or color to you within 7-10 working days.
• Exchanges for size or color will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
• Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
