Nupurcollection.com is an online fashion store with range of Indian tradition wear for woman like Sarees and designer printed fabrics.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We’ll be happy to deliver your orders if your pin code is serviceable with our courier partner.

Do you notify for your fresh arrivals and deals?
For any discounts and fresh arrivals, a notification will be sent out if you enable the notifications.

ORDER PLACEMENT

How do I place an order on your website?
Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable variant from the drop-down list. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order. There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

I have a promo code, how do I apply it?
As part of our offers and giveaways, we share coupons code with you. If you’ve received a coupon code from us, you will find it in your email. On adding items to your cart, view your ‘Shopping Cart’ before you proceed to ‘Checkout.’ Enter your coupon code within the area marked out for it. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon.’
Note: Coupon code can be used only once with the register email ID, coupon code not valid on sale products


I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Nupurcollection.com. We will then start making your order, from our Surat warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location. You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner’s website which is
carrying your order. You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.


Do You Sell In Bulk? How Do I Purchase from You at Wholesale Rates?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments-
Net banking, UPI, EMI, Paytm
To ensure a safe, private and secure shopping experience with Nupurcollection.com, all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transactional details confidential at all times.

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behavior on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

Is it safe to use my credit card for payment? I am concerned about the security aspects related to typing out my credit card number online.
Please be assured that we do not receive or store your complete card details with us. When you enter the card details, you are redirected to a secure payment site. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive or store your card details.

Are There Any Currency Conversion Charges?
Please note, there are additional currency rate charges levied by your bank on your credit/debit card in case you are making the payment in INR or any other foreign currency apart from your originated currency. These charges are non-refundable.

Do you accept payment through a wallet or UPI?
At Nupur, we do accept payment through wallet or UPI.

What are the different modes of refund?
Refunds are sent to Source accounts, If COD we send back to bank accounts

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping charges I need to pay for an order?
Shipping charge is levied on all international orders depending on the weight of product and location of buyer. For all Domestic order we provide free shipping.

I need my order urgently. Can you deliver it?
Nupurcollection.com offers express shipping for all your urgent occasion needs. For express delivery, shipping charge of INR 300 is levied on your order.

In how many days my order will get delivered?
We strive to process and ship every order within 48 business hours. For domestic order you can expect to receive your order in 5 -7 business days depending on your location. The delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer...
For International orders, the average delivery time is 7 -15 business days depending on the country of residence.


Will I get a refund of my Shipping Charges in case of return?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchange or cancellations.


Why is tax being charged on my order?
Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Goods and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by Nupurcollection.com to the relevant government authorities. All products are inclusive of tax.

What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
For all online order, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.
In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making a delivery attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

What are the shipping charges?
A free shipping on all prepaid orders. An amount of Rs.75 will be charged for COD orders.

We tied up with reputed couriers such as DHL, Blue Dart, etc.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?
When you make a purchase with Nupurcollection.com, we believe you have placed your valued trust in us and have understood all our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable prices. Hence, currently, our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product.

How Do I Return And/or Exchange An Item??

What if I receive a damaged product?
In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request. to support@aachho.com

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped.

How do I cancel my product?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us on support with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

Can I cancel an order after shipping?
After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

How will I be refunded for a canceled order or a return?
On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your Nupur collection account as credit points. You will be able to use this credit on any of your future purchases on Nupurcollection.com.

Are There Any Reserve Pick-Up Charges?
For Indian Customers: Pick-up is free with in India
Rest of the countries: Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details of nupurscollections@gmail.com. The customer will be liable to pay return shipping and customs charges which are non-refundable.

What are the Return and Exchange timelines?
If there are any issues with the product, you can raise a request within 2 days for a return & 7 days to exchange.
